2 DAYS 1 NIGHT CAPPADOCIA

From Istanbul by direct flight. Fly directly to the Nevşehir or Kayseri airport in the morning, tour the beautiful volcanic valleys, rock hewn churches and underground cities for the day, then return to Istanbul in the second day evening...

Day 1: Flight to Cappadocia & Half Day Tour

Today early in the morning we will transfer you to Istanbul airport for flight to Kayseri airport (Cappadocia). Or Nevşehir airport . Arrive in Kayseri or Nevşehir airport transfer to Special Class Cave Hotel.

Starting the tour to visit Devrent Valley, Zelve Open-Air Museum, Monk's valley (Pasabagi) where you will find the world known fairy chimneys. Break for lunch in Avanos and then continue on to the Goreme Open-Air Museum where you will visit the numerous rock carved churches and monasteries. Depart for a panaromic view of Esentepe and then on to Uchisar, a natural rock castle at the end of the tour back to the hotel.

Day 2 Cappadocia Tour

We start the day visiting Three Sisters Fairy Chimneys in Urgup which are the most popular and seen on advertisements. Then we head on to Pigeons Valley, Pigeons have been always important for cappadocian people. That’s why people carved some pigeon houses to keep them in certain places. You will see that the houses for the pigeons are like the houses for the people. Then we descend into the center of the earth in the Kaymakli Underground City one of the largest and the deepest of 200 others in Cappadocia. After this, we drive to Mustafapasa through the unspoiled villages of Cappadocia, surrounded by the “table-top” mountains. On the way, we visit the Ayvali Village. We continue to Mustafapaşa (Sinasos), an old Greek town with its spectacular old Greek houses; very fine examples of late Greek settlements and architecture. We drive to Turasan Wine Factory in Urgup, you will have chance to taste the world wide famous Cappadocia wines here.

After lunch our next stop is Red Valley. We walk for about 5 km in one of the most attractive valleys of Cappadocia: Red Valley, with its fabulous volcanic rock formations, is in the heart of Cappadocia but away from the tourist crowd. Rock-Cut hermit churches with frescoes and paintings fit with the Valley's meditative atmosphere, remained intact since the beginning. End of the walking arrive to ancient Cavusin Village, we finishes the tour by visiting the old part of Cavusin Village.

Transfer to airport to take the evening flight from Kayseri or Nevşehir airport to Istanbul.
